Syracuse Medical & Aesthetics, an integrated chiropractic office located in the Syracuse NY market, was looking for help marketing and promoting their non-insurance based services. In the past, they tried running sporadic advertising campaigns using print and radio but needed to develop a campaign that would draw in consistent leads for their spinal decompression therapy and needed help with their current website.
Tactics We Used To Help Them
First, we knew they needed help re-designing their website. The owner of the chiropractic practice mentioned to us that he had never received more than one or two leads a year that could be attributed to their website. We knew this was a problem in today’s digital age, so we began to re-develop it as a lead generation magnet. About a month or so after their redesign, their content began to populate in the search results and they began to see leads starting to trickle in. Now that they had a better online presence that helped to build trust and credibility with the consumer we came up with a strategy to go after them. Our advertising strategy was to create a creative traditional and digital branding with a call-to-action campaign focusing on spinal decompression therapy. We launched an emotional campaign that drove targeted consumers suffering from chronic neck and back pain to register for free seminars where they would learn about an alternative holistic treatment option that could eliminate their pain without the use of prescription drugs or surgery.
During 2017 this campaign was able to deliver over $270,000 in non-insurance based, new business revenue for spinal decompression therapy. The campaign was also able to generate a higher referral rate from other healthcare professionals and past patients than he has ever seen in the past.
