Tony Bartolotti

Founder

With an eye for detail and a creative insight, Tony’s marketing history spans over 27 years working with a wide range of businesses creating and implementing successful “branded” ad campaigns. Tony loves his work (in fact we can’t get him to go home) but when he’s not working he’s spending time with his wife and two sons. He’s an avid collector who you’ll find surfing eBay adding to his classic Star Trek and vintage Comic collections. In his early years he spent his time as an artist creating portraits and illustrations as well as a professional musician touring, recording and “knocking elbows” with some of rock and roll’s greatest. Tony lives his life with his philosophy of “Life = Perception”…everything in life depends on how you look at it.

Natasha Kirkland

Marketing Operations Manager

As our Marketing Operations Manager, Natasha encourages unique innovation and fun in the workplace. She earned her B.A. in Business and Entrepreneurship at Wells College, a close-knit liberal arts college in the Finger Lakes. While there, Natasha was able to dip her toes into every aspect of the business world but found her passion for marketing and social media. Natasha works closely with clients to showcase the story of their brand on each digital platform while crafting the bridge between the client and the consumer. Driven by blasting Taylor Swift in her office on the daily, Natasha works tirelessly to find new, creative methods to helping our client’s brand stand out above the rest. Outside of work, Natasha enjoys creating trendy outfits for her blog, watching a good true crime documentary, and is constantly searching for the perfect Instagram photo.

Joey Manna

Creative Specialist

An advocate of clean design, Joey’s keen eye for detail has always defined his work. A natural sense of curiosity and wonder allow him to see significance in everything. After earning a BA in Radio/Television from The University of Central Florida, Joey has found his calling in sculpting masterpieces of images and sound. Outside of work, Joey enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs, while constantly searching for new creative endeavors.

Lindsey Schultz

Marketing Assistant

As a marketing assistant, Lindsey offers a helping hand and a creative mind to the team’s projects. She is currently earning her Bachelors degree in Business Administration at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. Lindsey has great admiration for her hometown of Utica and strives to cultivate a sense of community within the beautifully diverse city. While not at work, she loves to enjoy everything nature has to offer.  Whether hiking, skiing or kayaking, she finds the greatest joy in being outside.
